Its like a 1.9X19 crome steel? What brand? Its been so long since I have looked at mine. I will see it the 13th when Theo gets hitched. Thats when I will see my Dad and pick up the RT450.

Ducati Scrambler. I had one, but it was a 250cc. Bet the 450 was stout. Later they made a RT450 Motorcross bike, lusted after one for a bit, but I was an asphalt kinda guy and bought a Norton.
